1) Definitions

“Skyrich Club,” “we,” “us,” “our” means the Skyrich Club entity operating the Services.

“Member,” “you,” “your” means any user who accesses the Services.

“Membership,” “Package” means access purchased to use the Services during the specified period (one-time or subscription).

“Promotions” includes any promotional activities offered through the platform (if applicable).

“Wallet Credit” means internal platform credit (if applicable) that may be used within the Services.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services you confirm that:

you have read and understood these Terms,

you agree to be bound by them, and

you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must:

be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher),

provide accurate and complete information,

maintain the security of your account login details, and

ensure you are the authorized user of the payment method used.

You must not allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may require identity verification and additional checks at any time, including before enabling certain features, providing access, or issuing any benefits.

4) Memberships, Packages & Access

Skyrich Club provides access to an online membership platform and related digital services.

4.1 Purchase Confirmation

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that: you are purchasing digital access, and

the transaction is authorized by you.

4.2 Subscription Memberships

If you purchase a subscription:

it renews automatically unless cancelled through your member dashboard, and

you remain responsible for all subscription charges until cancellation is processed.

You must ensure your payment method remains valid.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Billing

Prices are shown at checkout and may be updated at any time.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including recurring subscription charges where applicable.

If a charge fails, we may:

suspend access,

retry billing, and/or

request an alternative payment method.

6. Refund Eligibility

We may approve a full or partial refund in cases such as:

A) Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).

B) Billing Error or Technical Issue

If you were charged but did not receive access due to a verified technical issue on our side, we will: provide access immediately, OR issue a refund if access cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

C) Unauthorized Transactions (Fraud)

If you believe a purchase was not authorized by you, you must contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist.

We may request supporting information to verify the claim.

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

- change of mind after purchase
- misunderstanding of the product or how access works
- failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- inability to use the platform due to device issues, internet issues, or personal preferences - purchases made intentionally and later disputed without contacting support
- purchases made by a third party using your card/account with your permission

7) Platform Rules & Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

misuse or attempt to exploit the Services, attempt to manipulate platform outcomes, use bots, automation, scripts, or tools without authorization, create multiple accounts to gain unfair benefit, engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff or community, submit false identity, banking, or payment information.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and restrict or suspend accounts without notice.

8) Promotional Activities (If Applicable)

From time to time, Skyrich Club may offer promotional activities to Members.

Promotions: may vary at any time,

may be limited to certain Members,

may have additional rules displayed within the Services, are subject to compliance checks and verification.

Participation does not guarantee any specific result, benefit, or outcome.

9) Wallet Credit / Internal Balances (If Applicable)

If internal credit is available within the Services:

it is not a bank account, it is not stored value, and it may be used only within the Services subject to eligibility rules.

We may delay, restrict, refuse, or reverse credits where we reasonably suspect: raud, disputes, unauthorized activity, abuse, or

violations of these Terms.

We may impose minimum thresholds, verification steps, and processing times for security and compliance purposes.

10) Verification, Security Reviews & Delays

We may require verification at any time including: identity verification, payment method verification, proof of ownership, anti-fraud checks.

We may delay processing or access for compliance and security reasons. We are not liable for delays caused by verification requirements or third-party providers.

11) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

you breach these Terms, we detect suspicious activity, we receive excessive disputes/chargebacks connected to your account,

we cannot verify your identity/payment method, we must do so to comply with law, regulators, or payment partners.

If your account is terminated: you immediately lose access to the Services,

you may forfeit any unused access period (subject to law),

any internal credits may be restricted (subject to compliance).

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (including branding, design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks) is owned by Skyrich Club or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without written permission.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we provide the Services “as is” and “as available,” we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim (unless required otherwise by law).

14) Dispute Resolution

You agree that any disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding to the extent permitted by law.

Before commencing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and provide us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute.

15) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction: e.g., Queensland, Australia], unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
